Rubber EPR insulation welding cable
Applications The cables are suitable for welding machine as secondary earth wire with secondary side to-ground volatage not more than 200V AC and impulse voltage peak 400V DC, or for connecting electrode holders.
Continuous operating temperature ≤60°C.

Applications
The cable can be used in the connectors of electric weld and pliers of the electrical welding whose toward earth voltage of the low voltage is not more than AC 200V and the pulsating current value is 400V.

Specific Property for Using
The long-time permissible working temperature of cable is not more than 65℃.

Conductor : Flexible Bare annealed copper wire or Tinned Copper wire
Insulation: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC  or Rubber Material or EPR
Sheath: Nitrile-Butadiene-PVC or Rubber Material  or CSP
Choice of Black, Orange, Red or Yellow Blue jacket, single & double insulated.
SQ MM sizes (European style) 10 sq mm to 240 sq mm
AWG sizes (North American style) 6 Awg to 500 MCM
With sequential foot / meter marking
